Summer Workshop in Robotics
Students from Willapa Valley, Raymond, and South Bend spent twelve days (eight hours per day) taking a class in robotics. The students got high school credit for taking the workshop taught by Michael Hagar and Terry Lewis.
Over the course of twelve days they assemble a wheeled robot, studied electronic circuits for actuator and sensor operations, and wrote software programs in C (a high level programming language) that operated the robot. The workshop is funded through a grant to the Pacific Mountain Workforce Council.

This young lady accepts her certificate for completing the Robotics Workshop.
